Why choose our wedding planning service?

Who contact us is someone who is seeking a professional, able to understand his needs knowing how to make the dream come true.

During the wedding day we take care about all aspects in regard to the planning, organization, design and the coordination, allowing the couple to be live in tranquility the time of preparation and the big day.

Do you work in whole Italy?

Yes, we live in Veneto region that we love a lot, but we also work all around the country. Amalfi Coast, Sicily, Apulia, Tuscany… we work wherever we are required, in Italy and abroad.

How soon should we contact you to organize the wedding?

In the past, it was happened that we have organized wedding in one month.

We usually suggest you to book our service 10/12 months before the event in order to have more choice among the vendors, and in this way it will be easier to plan everything with the necessary calm.

How much does your service cost?

We don’t have a price list. After a first meeting, that we can arrange online, you will receive our best proposal in line with your needs and desires.

Each offer is personalized, and tailor made on the client.

Do you organize only luxury events?

Not necessarily. Before starting our agency needs to know your budget. Of course, we will do our best to match it.

Our vendors network is really different in style and price. Our team is precisely and take care about the resources of the couple.

Is there a contract to regulate our relationship?

Yes, absolutely. After confirming our service, you will receive an agreement to be signed with all the specifics to ensure protection for both parties.

Do you organize only weddings?

No, we organize every type of event that requires organization and planning. In addition to weddings, we arrange a wide range of services like transfers, rehearsal dinners, brunch the date after wedding, tours, wine tastings, food experiences, engagements, elopements, hen and bachelor parties, honeymoons. And also corporate events, business and incentive trips.

If we stay in Italy in holiday one week, can you help us to organize some tour more than the wedding day?

Yes, of course. We organize everything from A to Z. We can arrange the transfer from the airport to the hotel, research of the accommodation, taxi and train reservation, guide, tour, wine tasting, boat trip on Garda lake and lots of other experience in English language, suggestion of good restaurant and great shopping.

We’ll take care about every single detail in order to have a wonderful holiday without stress.

Do you speak English?

Yes, we do. And we also speak German and Italian (of course).

Is it necessary that we come to Italy before the wedding day?

No, it is not necessary. We arrange lots of meetings online, using Skype call or Zoom.

We will also arrange the inspection online and all the meetings to present you the vendors.

If you cannot come it is not a problem, if you are able to come we are happy to meet you and spend good time together.

How can we book your service?

If you want to confirm our service, we ask a deposit by bank transfer and the signed agreement. After that we start planning your wedding.

Do you organize also religious wedding? If so, can you also manage weddings of other religions (different from Christian)?

Yes, we can help in arranging a religious wedding, researching church, priest and giving you help for collecting documents.

If you are Orthodox, Indian, Jewish and Muslim, it is not a problem.

Can you help us also with the bureaucracy?

Yes, we can help you giving you the list of documents to collect.

We can also give you help with town hall in Italy, in case of a civil wedding.
